Test Results and recalls
Enquiries for test results can be made with our staff between 2pm and 5pm Monday to Friday . We also send “Non Urgent Appointment Reminders” via HOTDOCS, to let you know when the doctor has checked your results, and would like a “Non Urgent Appointment” to discuss recent results or recent correspondence the practice has received.
This practice uses a “Recall & Reminder” system called HOTDOCS to provide preventive care for our patients. This ensures that important health checks are not forgotten and are performed on time.
If you would prefer not to receive any reminders, please advise reception or your doctor.
